Returning a shipment via Parcelbox

You can put a shipment with maximum dimensions of 60x43x43 cm and weight of 31.5 kg in a Parcelbox.
You can use the packaging in which you received the shipment.
Stick only one return label or one smartPIN (included with the QR code) on the shipment.
In case of label, stick the label on the top in such a way that it does not go over onto the side.
The label or smartPIN must be legible (nothing must cover it, e.g. adhesive or masking tape or foil).
Remove any old labels or misleading information.
