Starting on 14 December 2020, we will only be accepting documents needed for customs clearance of your parcels electronically by e-mail. Please state the words Customs Documents in the subject of your e-mail and the number of the parcel which the documents (invoice and export instructions) attached in PDF format pertain to in the main body of the e-mail. Documents must be sent electronically before handing over parcels for forwarding.
