Among other things, the company's strategy for human resources, development and training opportunities for employees are evaluated, as well as a focus on the mental and physical well-being of employees, a pleasant and diverse work environment and the support of talents.
The Great Place to Work certification is based on independent anonymous feedback from employees and analysis of activities and programs implemented in the field of human resources. The Great Place to Work organization awards this certification to excellent international, national or regional employers every year. This institute, based in Cologne, was founded in 2002.
