The pre-Christmas season is in full swing and our drivers have their vans filled to bursting with Christmas parcels. Did you know that hundreds of parcels pass through their hands in a single day and they make as many as 200 stops to deliver or pick up all the parcels? With such numbers, every minute saved is invaluable.

How to do it?

As soon as we have your parcel ready for delivery, you will receive a text message as you are used to - with information about the approximate time of delivery, the driver's contact details, the amount of any cash on delivery, etc. Now you will also find a link to our website. 

If you know you won't be home within a certain time frame, simply click on the link and enter this information online. This lets our driver know that he doesn't have to come to you and saves him valuable time.

To ensure that you have your parcel with you as soon as possible, we will deposit it at the PPL pick-up point the same day, where it will be waiting for you. At PPL Parcelboxes you have up to 3 days for collection, at PPL Parcelshops up to 7 days and at partner AlzaBoxes up to 48 hours.
