We have prepared a new product for you, PPL Parcel Return Connect

We have prepared a new product for you, PPL Parcel Return Connect, a product which is designed for return of goods back to the Czech Republic from 24 European countries at attractive prices.

The whole process is extremely simple. All you have to do is create and insert a parcel return label in our web application together with DHL instructions stating how the sender should return the parcel to you. Alternatively, you can send the label to the recipient electronically subject to request. 

How does the sender hand over the return parcel for shipping? In all destinations, the parcel can be dropped off at 34,000+ DHL or partner drop-off points. In addition to this, you can choose to have the parcel collected by a driver in selected destinations (Slovakia, Poland, Hungary, Spain, Portugal and others).

What is the maximum size and weight of parcels we accept for shipping within the framework of this new product? In most cases, the limits are the same as for export parcels. This means maximum dimensions of 120 × 60 × 60 cm and a maximum weight of 31.5 kg. However, two factors must be taken into consideration: the EU country in which the parcel will be dropped off and whether it will be handed over to a driver or at a drop-off point. There are restrictions in certain destinations.
