What can you do to ensure that your customers' orders arrive on time?
The most important thing is the deadline. If you hand in your parcels on Friday 20 December, over 98% of these parcels will be delivered to your address or pick-up point or box on Monday 23 December.
If you are delivering packages at PPL pick-up locations, be sure to keep checking their holiday hours. It is possible that it will be different from the standard one in the run-up to Christmas. For up-to-date information, please see our Pick-up Point Map.

It is essential that your parcel is packed properly and appropriately for a smooth delivery. For instructions on how to pack your parcels appropriately so they arrive safely, please see our Packaging Guidelines.
