Throughout the upcoming season, we deliver and weigh packages as you are used to - on weekdays yes, on holidays and weekends no. The only exception is New Year's Eve - Tuesday 31.12.2024 is our day off. From Thursday 2.1.2025 we are here for you again, in full force and under normal operation (collection and delivery of parcels and IT hotline).
Are you planning a holiday or will you be changing your opening hours?
If you will be temporarily closing your shop, please set it up in MyParcelshop in the Holidays section by:
- For short-term holidays (1-2 days), please enter only one or two days in advance.
- Longer holidays (3 days or more) please enter at least one week in advance
This is the best way to let us and your customers know when they can count on you.
If you are going to change the opening hours, please send us a simple message via the "Communicator" in the MyParcelshop app. The shipment after the storage time will automatically appear in the MyParcelshop app in the section Handing over to the driver and in the section Warehouse you will see the information Waiting to be picked up by the driver.
Do you have a backlog of unclaimed parcels
Return unclaimed parcels to our drivers after the storage period (7 days). This will free up space in your store for other shipments.
