We have a special programme in our company in which we assess various categories. For example, we send in nominations for the title Employee of the Year at the end of the year. The future bearers of this title are chosen on the basis of nominations by colleagues and three winners from operations and three from head office are subsequently chosen. All of them can look forward to a trophy with their name on it, a certificate and also, according to their rankings, a weekend break in the EU, the Czech Republic or a wellness break.
We choose a Professional 2.0 from the ranks of our drivers every month. In doing so, we show our appreciation for workers who have worked for us for many years and who achieve great results at work. The popular Flexipas vouchers are their reward.
Seeing as we have already mentioned working for us for many years, this is in fact a category in its own right. Every year, we provide a financial bonus to employees who have been with the company for 5, 10, 15, 20 or more than 25 years.
We also bear in mind the performance given by the depots, where we assess the quality of next-day-delivery. Top depots in this field can also look forward to a trophy, gift bundles worth CZK 400 per person and a cheque to be spent on teambuilding.
