In our opinion, one of the most important factors is the attitude and behaviour of our workers. As we say internally, we are “passionate parcel people”. We like our job and perform our work responsibly whatever the position. This is also why we choose people who fit in with these values. 

It is drivers who our customers come into contact with the most.
