PPL is Top Employer for the fourth time

This recognition is based on an independent assessment of 20 key areas related to human resources management and HR policy. PPL has a long-standing commitment to creating a welcoming and modern work environment and to ensuring employee satisfaction.

What does the certification cover? 
The Top Employer certification is awarded to organizations that demonstrate excellent standards in the areas of human resource management and personnel management. It is an 'audit' of our HR processes to check that we meet the strict criteria set by the Top Employers Institute. For example, the quality and level of the recruitment process, company culture, employee care, benefits and other key areas are assessed. We are proud to have achieved certification repeatedly, this year for the fourth time in a row.

What does this mean for the company and its employees?
Achieving this certification confirms that the company's HR processes and strategies are of a superior standard. It proves that the company is able to create an environment where employees feel comfortable and have quality support and service to perform their work.

Every year we also defend the international Great Place to Work certificate, which we received for the fourth time in a row last year. Great Place To Work® certification is an international award based on independent, anonymous employee feedback and analysis of human resources activities and programs. This prestigious award is presented annually to exceptional employers at the international, national or regional level.
