What does the certification cover? 
The Top Employer certification is awarded to organizations that demonstrate excellent standards in the areas of human resource management and personnel management. It is an 'audit' of our HR processes to check that we meet the strict criteria set by the Top Employers Institute. For example, the quality and level of the recruitment process, company culture, employee care, benefits and other key areas are assessed. We are proud to have achieved certification repeatedly, this year for the fourth time in a row.

What does this mean for the company and its employees?

PPL CZ has once again defended its quality and received the prestigious Top Employer 2025 award for the fourth time in a row.
